Shipping 

We appreciate your business and understand how excited anyone gets waiting for a package to arrive. We want to make sure your lashes get to you as soon as possible. We will ship out all orders placed before 3pm on the same day. We ship all packages through UPS to ensure quick service and safely arrival of your package.

We are happy to offer a flat rate of $10 shipping across Canada.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been fulfilled. Please keep in mind that once the shipment is picked up, it is out of our hands. If something does arise during delivery, please contact UPS first with your tracking number to resolve the matter. If the package is lost or damaged, please call us and we will gladly resolve the issue with you.

Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be happy with the choice you’ve made.

We are pleased to accommodate exchanges within the first 7 days from the time your order was delivered. Simply send us an email to let us know if your lashes are not quite the right fit for you.

Exchanges can only be done once per order. To ensure you make the best choice, please contact us so we can help you pick out the right style and length to suit your eye shape.

Return Policy


We at Lust For Lashes truly appreciate your business, and we’re so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. With you safety in mind, it is important to keep in mind that due to the nature of our products we will not be able to take returns.

We take care an attention prior to shipping out the products to ensure you are getting quality products; however, we do understand that in transit of shipping in some cases damages may occur upon verified delivery. If you receive a damaged item within your order please immediately send us a picture of your items that arrived damaged to concierge@lustforlashes.com with your order number.

Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 14 days from the day of delivery.

Once the product is reviewed & confirmed damaged or defective by our team you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
